We currently have a vacancy on the Executive Committee.

We are looking for a volunteer to fill the position of Recording Officer.

Duties:

The Recording Officer shall keep account of the proceedings of all meetings and record all minutes of meetings and by-laws passed by the Representative Council in the League Minute book. The RO shall oversee all official league correspondence and maintain a correspondence file and shall advise any person of his or her appointment to a league committee. The RO shall supply any copies of minutes and by-laws to any officer committee chairman or member of the representative council upon recommendation of the President or Vice Presidents. The recording officer shall carry out all other duties as the President may prescribe.
